The management contract governs the Agency’s activities and its reciprocal relations with central government, which funds those activities, under current laws and regulations and for its term of effect of four years.

The Governing Board approves the action plan for a given year in the context of the management contract, based on available funds.

The Agency’s work plan, which is a part of the annual action plan, lists scheduled evaluations of public policies and programmes as instructed by the Spanish cabinet.
